Due to the retirement of a Psychologist, a private office is available April 1, 2012 in a commercial building where five Psychologists have their own independent private practices. The office is for rent to either one full time Psychologist or perhaps several part-time Provisional or Registered Psychologists who want to share a space. 

The space is a 253 square foot private office that comes furnished with a love seat, wingback chair, office chair, a small solid wood desk with a matching hutch, bookshelf, and filing cabinet. The office furnishings are optional and can be removed if not needed. There is a shared common area that includes a client waiting room, a locked storage room with a shared photocopier and fax, a kitchen, a sitting room/lunch area, and two bathrooms.

There is adequate client parking available at the front of the building and parking at the rear of the building is for psychologists. All hour access to the building is available to see clients during the day, evenings, and on weekends.
